Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing post-sales support.
  • Develop strategies and implement programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure company targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with factories and internal teams to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Occasional business travel to China or overseas may be required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Japanese.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
