Account Representative (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional after-sales service.
• Support the Account Manager in developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives for assigned accounts.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure company targets are met efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with factories and internal operations teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth communication.
• Participate in occasional business trips to China or other international locations as required.

Requirements

• A tertiary or university degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Japanese is essential.
• Strong skills in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and project management.
• An outgoing, energetic, and proactive personality.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Account Manager.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
