Accountant (Inventories and Payable)

Job Descriptions:

• Supervising a small team to manage treasury and purchase processing functions, encompassing shipping operations, inventory control, and accounts payable
• Working closely with various internal departments and forwarders to ensure the goods receipts are in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Arranging and overseeing the comprehensive stocktake process
• Ensuring the daily operations of shipping monitoring, goods receiving, and supplier payments are organized and efficient
• Assisting with month-end closing and year-end audits
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Hands-on experience with shipping procedures, preferably within a retail environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
