Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the general administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, fixed assets procurement and management;
  • Manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance/repair/renovation services;
  • Liaise with different internal and external parties to arrange various events/meetings;
  • Interacts with other support staff and departments to coordinate information and document;
  • Maintain filing system and keep up-to-date record;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above;
  • 3 years relevant experience;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua);
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
