Job Description

A typical day in this role:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to our Production Unit, including but not limited to sales orders handling and coordination, procurement tasks and documentation preparation;
  • Provide assistance on customer enquires and sales orders logistics arrangements;
  • Handle paper works and reports preparation;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

What we look for:

  • DSE/ HKCEE graduated or above;
  • 1-2 years working experience preferably in office administrative work;
  • Familiar with MSoffice;
  • Familiar with Photoshop will be an advantageous;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, well organized and detail-oriented;
  • Immediate available is preferred
