Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine clerical and administration support
  • Carry out reception duty, including handling phone inquiries, organize internal mails.
  • Assist with the ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above with at 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient computer skill including MS Office, internet and familiarity with various mobile apps
  • Good command of both Chinese and English, written and verbal.
  • Good telephone manner and communications skills
  • High level of sense of responsibility and detail-minded
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
