Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine clerical and administration support
- Carry out reception duty, including handling phone inquiries, organize internal mails.
- Assist with the ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above with at 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient computer skill including MS Office, internet and familiarity with various mobile apps
- Good command of both Chinese and English, written and verbal.
- Good telephone manner and communications skills
- High level of sense of responsibility and detail-minded
- Immediate available is highly preferred
