Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Document screening/pairing/matching/checking (mortgage title deed documents)
- Data entry to Excel log file for correspondent documents
- Collect/Receive documents over the counter
- Move/Collect/Delivery documents from/to the requested location
- Monitor email and follow up on required actions
- Document sorting/filing to warehouse
- Other administrative support assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above with 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in handling mortgage would be advantage
- Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
