Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, equipment maintenance, procurement, and document management.
- Support office banquets and catering events.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental communications.
- Outdoor work is required when necessary
- Occasional travel maybe required
- Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Abilities to multi-task and work independently
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English , Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Less experienced candidate will be considered as HR & Admin Manager
