Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of office administration functions, including manage office supplies
  • purchasing, printing & receptions guests & clients
  • Some experience in handling general administration
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments by Management
  • Participate local jewelry shows is a must
  • Outdoor job is required (occasionally)

Requirement:

  • 2 to years working experience / fresh graduate with a strong interest in administration
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Ability to prioritize work & work independently
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
