Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of office administration functions, including manage office supplies
- purchasing, printing & receptions guests & clients
- Some experience in handling general administration
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments by Management
- Participate local jewelry shows is a must
- Outdoor job is required (occasionally)
Requirement:
- 2 to years working experience / fresh graduate with a strong interest in administration
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Ability to prioritize work & work independently
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
