Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle General administrative and clerical duties
- Handle internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
- General duties of secretary
- Preparing team meeting agenda and related materials
- Reporting and working closely with team manager
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least five years of experience in solid secretary, or personal assistant in sizeable entities.
- Ability to be good team player with good interpersonal skill.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good attitude, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and within a fast-paced team environment, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness

- 處理日常文書工作,製訂表格文件
- 如有物流,協助營業部或行政經驗更佳
- 安排會議日程
要求 :

- 具5年以上經驗
- 熟悉操作Microsoft Office 辦公室軟件
- 流利廣東話、國語、英文
- 熟練處理文書工作 、工作積極勤奮、有責任感
- 具良好溝通能力、積極主動和具有團隊合作精神 ,時間營理良好
