Job Description
Working Hour : Required to work on variable 8 working hours on roster basis ( 23:00 - 08:00) and government published public holidays.
Requirements
- Diploma or High Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Hands on experience in windows 10, 11 and user support
- Hands-on experience in Windows server, AD, Exchange, VMware and Networking equipment, Office365
- Good team player, self-motivated
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin dialogue.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT hotline and customer service
- Provide helpdesk support of IT Systems
- Provide remote support to end users trouble shot.
- Monitor and maintain SLA, chase and follow up outstanding tickets with users.
