Administrative Officer (Ref.: 24/13/SS/AO)

Duties 

The appointee will be responsible for (i) drafting and preparing discussion papers, proposals, correspondences and reports; (ii) serving as secretary to such committees as assigned; (iii) providing administrative support for teaching and learning; institutional review, programme validation, revalidation and accreditation; (iv) coordinating a team for administrative duties; (v) assisting in the two Institutions’ functions; and (vi) undertaking such other duties as determined by the Supervisors.

 

Appointment Criteria

Applicants should have (a) a recognised Bachelor's degree; (b) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (c) proficiency in computer applications; (d) good organisational and communication skills; and (e) relevant work experience.

 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
