Assistant Area Manager/ Area Supervisor (Fashion & lifestyle consumer goods)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management to oversee day-to-day operations and monitor KPI performance of the retail shops to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Deliver coaching and training for frontline team to maintain a high standard of store environment and provide excellent customer service
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve brand’s sales target, KPI and service standard
• Review and facilitate sales strategies and marketing promotion to maximize overall store profitability
• Devise guidelines and procedures for operating retail business in a systematic way
• In charge of the store's manpower planning and ensuring proper allocation of manpower to improve operational efficiency
• Fully support on stock management and make sure all shops keep an optimum inventory level
• Liaise with other departments on all general matters to facilitate the retails’ operations

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in the retail business with supervisory experience
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Result oriented, assertive with proven leadership and influence skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Area Supervisor
