Job Description
Location: Hong Kong, Central Plaza, Wanchai
Position Type: Full Time, Permanent
Description of Work:
Responsible for spares and service business in Hong Kong / Taiwan / SEA countries.
Responsibilities:
- Take care all-round aftermarket activities of responsible customers
- Provide end-to-end sales service, including but not limit to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotation and tender document, negotiate price and contract terms and conditions, follow up order status and payment schedule, meeting customer, etc.
- Work with Local Complaint Manager / Field Service Team / Branch office(s) to ensure proper handling of warranty claims and customer complaint
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer
- Provide general support for the growth of RailServices business and other ad. hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Degree or above, with a major in Engineering is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in B2B sales
- Experience in sales of engineering products would be an advantage but not a must
- Experience in contract management
- Self-motivated, analytical, customer oriented and team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - RailServices
