Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Allocator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our seasonal buying processes, inventory management, logistics, and various operational activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Allocate inventory effectively to shops and events based on demand forecasts
- Consolidate inventory transfers between shops as needed
- Assist in the execution of new season buys
- Plan and monitor Open-to-Buy in alignment with management directives
- Maintain effective communication with the buying team to ensure alignment on product needs
- Oversee core item replenishment to meet customer demand
- Arrange transportation logistics for shipments to Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring timely receipt by stores align with inventory system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail allocation or inventory management is an advantage
- Knowledge of Retail logistic and distribution process
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
