Senior Merchandiser

Our goal is to set out higher standard of operations within our company. To achieve this, we are looking for experienced individuals that are willing to take on different responsibilities to grow our business strategically.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities in costing, product development and mass production follow up
• Proactively work with the fellow merchandising team, factory and technical team to ensure quality on garments delivered
• Manage raw material planning with launch mills, suppliers and major components
• Maintain and update production records, system data
• Responsible for the product development process, order and price strategy
• Manage whole development process from salesman sample till pre-production sample

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in fashion design
• 5+ years fashion brand merchandising experience
• Enjoys a tight-knit, multi-cultural working environment
• Flexible, efficient, open-mind and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, Entrepreneurial, Collaborative
• English skills is plus.
