Assistant Creative Manager (Art-based) - Graphic & Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Establish creative direction
• Lead in a brainstorming session
• Lead and coach a small team to plan and deliver digital marketing content
• Create ideas and compelling visuals across all digital channels
• Extract, identify and develop clients’ needs in digital marketing
• Stay abreast of the latest local digital marketing trends, popular culture and hot topics, identifying key strategy direction
• Closely working with various solution partners and providers
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Visual Arts, Design or related discipline
• At least 4 years of art direction & design experience, preferably in digital advertising & marketing industries
• Experience in project management
• Able to lead in creative idea generation
• Able to lead a small design team
• Good leadership with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Target-oriented, good marketing and business sense
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple projects under a tight deadline
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Creative Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
