Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team to monitor the credit and collection operations for key & minor chains
- Ensure high-quality of collection procedures that comply with company policy
- Follow up overdue accounts receivable
- Monitor and provide advices for the team to reconcile the payments collection with customers
- Liaise with internal or external parties on customer’s disputes and unpaid issue
- Participate in month-end closing cycle and prepare monthly collection forecast
- Liaise with claims team to provide monthly claims reports
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and company projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or relevant disciplines
- With at least 5 years of related experience in managing key accounts and minor key accounts are preferred, as well as over 2 years of experience at supervisory level
- Hands-on experience in SAP is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Strong analytical and willing to communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- Results oriented, passionate with positive mindset towards changes and advert situations
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
- Immediate available is preferred

We have multiple work locations in Hong Kong, this position will be based in our Quarry Bay office.
