Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer's enquiry and maintenance service;
  • Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer's request efficiently;
  • Maintain customers' records include all inquires, comments, complaints and resolution decisions.

Requirements :

  • Form 5 / DSE or above;
  • Min 2 years relevant working experience in Call Centre / Customer Service field; experience with handling enquiry of home appliances, especially air conditioning is an advantage
  • Problem solving skills with strong self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, efficient and well-organized;
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good in both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience will also be considered;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
