Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Handle enquiries through hotline / e-mail
  • Follow / resolve customer complaint cases with care
  • Prepare Complaint Case Report and Monthly Report and Monthly Analysis for Management Review
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Work closely with Operation team to resolve problems

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience or above in customer service industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, problem solving and organizing skills
  • Self –motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure
  • Good telephone skills, customer-oriented with positive attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • More experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
