Assistant General Manager - Car Park Management (HK)

Job Duties

• Lead a team of Car Park Business function and responsible for overall daily management of business performances
• Meet all financial and non-financial KPIs as set by Management
• Formulate and drive car park business and business development initiatives to maximize financial performance and sustainable growth
• Formulate and execute car park promotion strategy by leveraging market intelligence with the objective of sales conversion
• Formulate and conduct market research to generate market insight for promotion strategy development and revenue maximization
• Perform financial analysis and valuation for sales and revenue projection and forecasts
• To co-ordinate with Operations function in formulating and implementing growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Building Surveying, Property Management, Transport / Logistics Management or related disciplines
• More than 10 years managerial level experience in business planning / development / sales from large scale corporation or chain business outlets. Car Park experience is an advantage
• Proven records on financial KPIs
• Strong skills and mindset in customer-orientation and business acumen
• Previous business and service planning and data analysis experience is preferred
• Ability to adopt and lead Changes
• Agile, capable of working under pressure and good presentation skills
• Strong command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Holder of a valid Driving Licence
• Holder of PMP Licence is preferred
