Job Description

Assistant Manager(at the rank of Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530490) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 3 years’ work experience.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; an appropriate level of IT skills; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work independently and as a good team player.  They should be mature, meticulous, open-minded and self-motivated.

The appointee will play a vital role in supporting the Faculty’s talent acquisition efforts and staff relations/wellness initiatives. He/She will assist in the development of a talent database, coordinate overseas recruitment tours, and produce outreach materials including website and brochures.  There may be opportunities for overseas exposure.  Additionally, the appointee will work collaboratively with a team to support the planning and implementation of staff relations/wellness activities, as well as performing any other administrative duties as required.
