Reporting to the Senior Manager (Development), the appointee will be assisting with managing the database and supporting fundraising projects for the university's development office. The appointee will (i) collaborate with various departments to gather data, develop and maintain comprehensive donor databases, and generate reports and dashboards to enhance fundraising efforts; (ii) plan and organize fundraising events and activities to engage donors and prospects; (iii) prepare fundraising proposals, meeting minutes and reports; and (iv) support fundraising initiatives led by the Director of Development and Alumni and the Assistant Director (Development).
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of work experience. They should possess strong data management and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate with others. Applicants should also have strong writing skills in English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua. Experience with CRM or similar systems, along with data management skills, is highly valued. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
