Assistant Manager/Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns with affiliates & partners across all existing and new markets to stimulate awareness, increase viewership and grow subscription for all company services.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with affiliates & partners to maximize engagement and promotion of company services on their platforms.
• Drive Marketing initiatives & campaigns with partners, and manage the Launch and Sustenance campaigns of the company’s App.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate monthly programming and marketing materials for affiliates.
• Provide support to the sales team on company services distribution, as well as other sales efforts.
• Assist in communications and coordination with PR agencies and trade media outlets.
• Responsible for general sales administration duties, including budget tracking,premiums management and travel related/expense arrangement.

Job Requirements:
 

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of regional sales & marketing and/or sales support experience, preferably in Film, TV, digital entertainment or advertising industry in Asia, specifically Southeast Asia and Greater China, is highly preferred.
• Strategic and critical thinking abilities, strong analytical skills, and financial acumen.
• Effective communication and influencing skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), other language skills is a plus.
• Proficiency in PC applications especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, AI and Final Cut Pro is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, committed, strong attention to details and organized.
• Self-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
• More experienced candidates will be considered for manager position.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
