Job Description

Role Objective

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Organization Culture and Communications talent to join our team. This role requires a creative individual with a strong background in marketing and communications, cultural development, and social media management. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that reinforce Link 3.0 company culture, enhance employee experience, and align internal communications with our long-term strategies.

Job Duties

  • Lead the identification and analysis of cultural drivers through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and both internal and external analysis.
  • Develop creative content and communication strategies to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.
  • Support the development and implementation of cultural management mechanisms, including collaboration tools, business process reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs Department to create organizational and employee stories that reflect the company's employer brand value propositions.
  • Enhance communication efficiency by maintaining consistent branding and analysing the effectiveness of various communication channels.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within HR to strengthen the employer brand and fulfil ESG commitments.
  • Manage ad hoc design and creative projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in corporate communications or culture development.
  • Strong creative and content design skills.
  • Proficient in graphic design and video clipping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Experienced in social media strategy and management.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with more/less experience may be considered for the Manager/Senior Officer grade.


Remuneration

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
