Job Description

We are a small size trading and quality control company for European and USA market, now we are sincerely invite a talent to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling purchase orders with suppliers
  • Maintain and update order-processing system
  • Follow up production schedule to ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare invoices and related documents to suppliers and clients
  • Take part in sourcing project including searching of new suppliers and verify certifications
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-3 years merchandising experience in indoor/outdoor furniture, ceramic & sundry is definitely advantage
  • Hardworking, proactive, able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skill with all levels in working with customers, staff and vendors
  • Good knowledge in product development
  • Strong command of spoken & written English & Mandarin
  • Occasionally to travel
  • Familiar with MS Office operation (Excel, Word, VLOOKUP etc)
  • Immediate available is preferred
