Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off/On Trade Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with established contacts in the Wine and Whisky outlets, and liquor store sectors. This role requires a positive attitude, strategic thinking, and a willingness to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts with retail outlets, bars, hotels, etc.
•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

•  Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

•  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

•  Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

•  Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.

•  Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

•  Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets.

•  Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

•  Participate in trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wine & spirits sector that includes retail outlets, bars, hotels, restaurants, etc.

•  Established contacts and relationships within the industry.

•  Strong negotiation and communication skills.

•  Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans.

•  Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

•  Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

•  Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
