The Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Office is looking for a self-motivated and capable individual to support various functions for undergraduate admissions.  Major duties include: (1) handling admissions applications for both local and non-local students; (2) handling enquiries; (3) maintaining admissions data and conducting basis data extraction and analysis; and (4) undertaking other admissions related duties.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree / higher diploma, preferably with at least 2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.  The ideal candidates should be attentive to details, well-organized, and have a strong sense of responsibility.  They should be a good team player with proficient interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently to meet tight deadline.  A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
