Assistant Operation Manager - Retail

Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare daily sales report, forecast sales target, budget planning and monthly end Report
• Supervise the daily work of the sales team, follow up the sales progress, communicate with the sales specialist regularly, understand the problems and challenges encountered in the sales process, provide timely and effective solutions and guidance, and ensure the smooth realization of sales goals.
• Analyse and report regularly on performance to business unit head
• Work with corporate functional teams to achieve KPIs
• Assist to review the raw materials, labor and fixed asset values
• Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines
• Min 5 years' work experience in Retail/ FMCG industry
• Numerical competent, be scientific and sensitive in numbers
• Proficient in Excel & SAP system is preferred
• Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen
• Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
