Assistant Operations Manager

24 STORAGE, brand new storage and space value-added solutions provider which is founded in 2022 with 39 Stores. We are looking for the right candidate who is creative, energetic and passionate to join our team. 

Key Focues and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the Standard Operations Procedures to maximise sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service
• Develop and execute approved business plans and brand strategies, with the aim to achieve revenue targets via quality operations, customer service, market expansion, and aggressive marketing efforts
• Resolve client complaint in a professional manner
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
• Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget
• Work continuously with the team and its stakeholders on short-term and long-term optimizations to improve service level and maximize turnover

Key Requirements and Expectations:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations supervisor in any industry
• Excellent understanding of order lifecycle activities & management, shipping and credit processes
• Solid project, planning, change and time management skills combined with problem solving mindset
• Capacity to maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s systems and processes
• Advanced analytical skills, strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong Communication skills, combining assertiveness & diplomacy to meet deadlines and implement improvement of processes
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
