• Assist tendering exercises for IO site management contracts in the private sector
• Establish good rapport with our clients
• Cooperate with the works of IO site managers and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in property management in Hong Kong
• Proactive
• Experience in tendering would be an advantage
