Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ working experience in property management of which at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
  • Experience in managing portfolio of commercial and residential properties
  • Holder of MCIH/MHKIH
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License
  • Degree/Diploma in Property Management or related discipline
  • Well-versed with the DMC and BMO
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
