Job Description

工作職責:

  • 了解分析家居產品功能及優勢,制定銷售策略及方案
  • 管理店鋪日常運作(包括店舖人手安排、產品陳列、倉存整理)及監察每月營運收入
  • 管理店鋪的銷售團隊,維持高水平的專業素質
  • 維持店內貨源充足及店鋪環境整潔
  • 與顧客建立及維持良好關係,以達至團隊銷售目標和店鋪KPIs

入職要求:

  • 主動積極、良好銷售技巧及顧客服務技巧
  • 具5年或以上零售經驗,裝修、室內設計或傢俬家品銷售經驗優先
  • 具備管理店舖經驗
  • 能操流利粵語,一般英語及普通話

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze the functions and advantages of home products and develop sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage daily store operations (including staff scheduling, product displays, and inventory organization) and monitor monthly revenue.
  • Lead the sales team, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and a clean store environment.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to achieve team sales targets and store KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive and positive attitude, with strong sales and customer service skills.
  • At least 5 years of retail experience, with a preference for experience in renovation, interior design, or furniture/home goods sales.
  • Experience in store management.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, with general proficiency in English and Mandarin.
