Key Responsibilities:
Product Innovation & Sourcing: Identify and source innovative outdoor and lifestyle products, staying ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
Market Research & Analysis:Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate potential suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and target audience.
Supplier Relations & Negotiation:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth.
Product Promotion:Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions, visuals, and campaigns that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts.
Performance Monitoring:Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements, new launches, or strategic partnerships.
Inventory & Operations Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to optimize inventory management, stock forecasting, and order fulfillment processes.
Industry Engagement:Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to stay informed about industry innovations and competitor strategies.
Customer & Partner Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers and explore collaborative opportunities, such as exclusive product releases or co-branded initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Strategic Insights: Provideactionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or product management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales and marketing teams, driving growth, and achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
- Passion for outdoor activities and a deep understanding of the outdoor product market.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
