Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to sales team including handling customer enquiries and follow up sales orders
  • Prepare quotation/ delivery note/ invoice/ sales document
  • Supplier & Inventory management including taking stock, arranging delivery schedule and handling product returns
  • Contact with vendors through email and phone call for purchase order and logistic arrangement
  • Arrange shipment & delivery
  • Data entry and general office support duties
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in business, logistic management, sales and marketing
  • At least 3 years sales admin experience
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Have a high degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information
  • Multi-tasking, detailed minded and good team spirit
  • Proficient in accounting or ERP software is an advantage
