Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales performance and deliver good quality service standards
- Manage the retail staff by delivering excellent quality of services and professional product knowledge
- Ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Lead a team of retail staff to achieve company targets
- Plan and organize staff duty roster efficiently
- Oversee store visual display that in line with global standard and guidelines
- Monitor stock, carry out stock-take exercise regularly
Other Requirements: -
- At least 8 years’ retail experience of which 3 years’ in supervisory level
- Strong sense in sales and KPI performance
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Strong business sense and leadership skills
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
