As the Assistant Vice President, you will work closely with business teams, B2B partners, and relevant stakeholders to implement Marketing Plans that best promote Lockton’s products and services in Asia.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategy – Develop and execute Marketing growth plans for entities and key accounts in Asia, activating brand and campaigns with digital-first experiences, including SEO, paid advertising, and value proposition development, collaborating closely on change management with Asia leadership teams.
  • Marketing Campaigns Ownership – Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, and events.
  • Branding Support – Champion exceptional client and prospect brand experiences, capturing marketing insights and building strong partnerships with business teams and influential industry bodies.
  • Internal and External Communications – Collaborate with internal & external experts to create and distribute content, including media releases.
  • Event Management – Manage events and client/prospect experiences (online and offline), including distributing appropriate pre- and post-event communications.
  • Online Platform Management – Manage website content, articles, and LinkedIn posts for digital projects in Asia.

  • Partner closely with the Business Development and leadership team to understand business growth priorities.

You will need the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years’ regional marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation technology is preferred, i.e. Hubspot.
  • Experience with digital platforms and website design.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint administration a plus.
  • Demonstrable results in generating client engagement, business growth, and brand awareness.
  • Solid project management and internal stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing experience - able to identify and create relevant and impactful content.
