Asst. Creative Manager (Copy-based) - Creative Copywriting & Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead in a brainstorming session
• Lead and coach a small team to plan and deliver digital marketing content
• Content creation and management
• Extract, identify and develop clients’ needs in digital marketing
• Brief, plan and supervise the content production with external content creators to ensure the contents are of high quality
• Stay abreast of the latest local digital marketing trends, popular culture and hot topics, identifying key advertising content
• Closely working with various solution partners and providers
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism, Public Relation or a related discipline
• At least 4 years of solid creative writing experience, preferably in digital advertising & marketing industries
• Experience in project management
• Able to lead in creative idea generation
• Able to lead a small creative team
• Good leadership with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Target-oriented, strong marketing and business sense
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple projects under a tight deadline
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Creative Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
