Job Description

Objective of the Position:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our growing marketing team. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. 

What You'll Do:

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. This includes managing correspondence through emails, phone calls, live chat, and other messaging platforms.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities as the primary point of contact. Conduct company profiling and outreach sales to expand our client base.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand clients' needs and tailor proposals, budgets, and presentations to align with those requirements, ensuring a personalized approach.
  • Leverage Customer Database: Utilize the available customer database to identify key businesses for targeted sales pitches and outreach efforts.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies, techniques, and proactive follow-ups.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team goals.
  • B2B Logistics Knowledge: Possess knowledge and experience in managing B2B logistics operations, including collaboration with freight forwarders and couriers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
     

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
