Role Overview / 職位概述：
This isn’t just any Beauty Advisor role. We’re looking for someone ready to take their earning potential to the next level by excelling both inside the store and outside, engaging with potential customers and inviting them to experience our luxurious products firsthand. Responsibilities / 職責：

• Sales & Product Demonstration: Provide expert skincare advice, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations to our customers, turning their visits into exceptional experiences.
  銷售及產品示範：為客戶提供專業的護膚建議，進行產品示範並提供個性化推薦，讓客戶的每次訪問都成為卓越體驗。
• Customer Outreach: Approach potential clients outside our store, inviting them in for personalized demos. Your charm and product knowledge will be key in converting foot traffic into sales.
  客戶外展：在店外接觸潛在客戶，邀請他們進店參加個性化示範。您的親和力和產品知識將是轉化客流為銷售的關鍵。
• Build Relationships: Create lasting connections, encouraging customer loyalty and repeat visits.

• Sales Goals: Take advantage of our lucrative commission structure by meeting and exceeding sales targets. The more you sell, the more you earn!

Requirements / 要求：

• Sales-Driven: You’re not just good with people; you’re eager to earn, hungry for high commissions, and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
  銷售驅動：您不僅善於與人交流，而且渴望賺取高額佣金，並且以達成和超越目標為動力。
• Passion for Skincare: You love all things beauty and can confidently speak about our products and their benefits.
  對護膚的熱情：您熱愛美容，並能自信地介紹我們的產品及其功效。
• Language Skills: Basic to average English proficiency to communicate with customers effectively.
  語言能力：基本至中等英文水平，以便有效與客戶溝通。
• Eligibility: A valid visa to work in Hong Kong is required.
  工作資格：需具備有效的香港工作簽證。
• Retail Experience Preferred: While a background in beauty retail is a plus, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valuable.
