Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize sales and customer satisfaction through effective implementation of business strategies set by management
  • Responsible for directing the work and setting up goals for a shop
  • Study and analyze routine reports to keep track of the business trends
  • Realign tasks and organizational structures within a shop
  • Supervise whole team in assigned shop and manage overall shop operations
  • Motivate & coach shop staff to achieve the sales & non-sales objectives with good team spirit
  • Monitor and review target stock level together with customer needs/buying trends, and advise any suggestions necessary to increase sales
  • Ensure and implement proper/update visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
  • Monitor the enhancement of Customer Relationship Management system of the shop
  • Conduct regular/monthly business review meetings with Brand Manager and Retail Operations Manager; communicate company information to appropriate staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in retail business with 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Very good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent in people management and staff coaching
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Experienced in CRM initiatives to recruit and retain VIC's
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel in particular
