Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and guide boutique team to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Provide coaching and training to develop staff skills and performance
- Assist boutique manager in maintaining positive staff morale and development
- Handle customer service escalations and deliver exceptional client experience
- Manage client prospecting, database, and engagement activities
- Ensure accurate stock management, product handling, and visual merchandising
- Maintain high standards of boutique cleanliness, safety, and upkeep
- Support boutique manager with reporting and data analysis
- Disseminate and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Proactively identify and implement business improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team, coupled with excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and identify business optimization opportunities
