Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and guide boutique team to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide coaching and training to develop staff skills and performance
  • Assist boutique manager in maintaining positive staff morale and development
  • Handle customer service escalations and deliver exceptional client experience
  • Manage client prospecting, database, and engagement activities
  • Ensure accurate stock management, product handling, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain high standards of boutique cleanliness, safety, and upkeep
  • Support boutique manager with reporting and data analysis
  • Disseminate and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify and implement business improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team, coupled with excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and identify business optimization opportunities
