Job Description

DB Results is currently looking for a Change Manager focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, to lead the change management initiatives aimed at facilitating the smooth integration and ongoing success of SuccessFactors for one of our retail clients in Quarry Bay. 

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Lead change management initiatives from planning through to implementation, monitoring performance throughout.
  • Identify potential risks and points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address those concerns.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Create actionable deliverables such as communication plans, training plans and coaching plans, etc...
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics affecting transitions.
  • Oversee communication efforts, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's brand and tailored to address the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Coordinate training efforts, ensuring that training sessions are timely and appropriately address areas of need.
  • Support and engage senior leaders to foster change leadership and modeling.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Change Manager with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR technology.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Chinese and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Acutely aware of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Passion for achieving results and driving changes.
