Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily review of cash and valuable shortages/overages, conducting investigations using CCTV footage, and inputting claim data into our system. Requirements include good English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, crime investigation knowledge, discipline experience, computer proficiency, and a Class 1&2 driving license. If you are a proactive and organized individual with a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Review all cash and valuable shortages/overages
- Review truck and CPC's CCTV footage to identify any suspicious activities
- Conduct investigations and take statements from the operation staff
- Enter the claim data and investigation report into the Brinks system
- Submit the claim report to the Director of Security each week
- Monitor the shipment during the Jewelry show period as and when required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Computer literate and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with crime investigation
- Experience in discipline force
- Must have Class 1&2 Driving License
