Clerical Officer I/II in the Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies [Ref. R/087/25]
Duties
-
Provide clerical support for postgraduate student record matters, including maintenance of academic records and related work processes;
-
Handle enquiries and provide support to students and academic units;
-
Assist with daily office operation; and
-
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Working outside office hours may occasionally be required.
Requirements
-
You should have 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics.

You should have at least two years’ clerical work experience.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Chinese, including Putonghua) are necessary.
-
You need to be a self-starter and enjoy hands-on work with postgraduate education. You also need to be resourceful, have a strong sense of responsibility and flexible mindset, and be able to work independently and under pressure.

You should possess high proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Having a track record in tertiary institutions and/or experience in customer servicing and enquiry handling will be a definite advantage.
Candidates with more than 6 years’ relevant working experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Officer I.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
