Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide company secretarial services and support to clients for Hong Kong and Offshore companies incorporation
- Arrange annual returns and other statutory filings and prepare minutes
- To support day to day operations of the team
- Resolving different types of company secretarial questions
Requirements:
- At least 2 years company secretarial experience
- Knowledge in HK / offshore company formation and annual obligations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin in an advantage
