Consultant (Clubhouse / Health / Fitness / Sports & Leisure) 20K up basic

Our client is the Hong Kong’s largest CrossFit & wellness clubs, over 20,000 ft areas provide various fitness, Yoga, Pilates and junior programs, also offer beauty treatment and a café to their members. They are a collaborative, energetic and friendly team work together to achieve the goal. Now they are forming an energetic sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and membership profit in the club.

20K up basic Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales matters of club membership which provide different solutions to wellness
• To complete sales targets by promoting membership of the club
• Maintain effective communications with members, answer enquiries, handle sales-related issues and conduct regular members visit
• Build and maintain excellent and long-term relationship with members
• Work closely with wellness practitioner, such as coaches and instructors, to improve operational efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related fields
• At least 2 years solid working experience in relevant industry, working experience in fitness center will be an advantage
• CrossFit background is highly preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must
• Good presentation, communications and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good team player and self-motivated with a positive working attitude
• Shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays will be required
