Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for content marketing including brand communication, product features and marketing strategies on various social media platforms
- Develop social media content that can effectively drive engagement, build brand awareness and promote our products
- Formulate strategies to boost return and performance of our brand online advertising / social media marketing campaigns
- Participate in implementation of creative and production projects, to develop online/offline communications materials for our brand including digital ads, video ads, print materials
- Responsible for retail/trade marketing including communicate with shopping malls, in-store promotion campaigns and activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to acquire, grow and nurture customers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in business/ marketing /media/ eCommerce disciplines or equivalent is preferred
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability and sense of responsibility
- Detailed-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently with tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
- Outlook, photoshop and other design software
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese), Putonghua is an advantage
