Corporate Sales Executive (Healthcare Supplement)

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify potential prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls and engage in regular client visits.
• Develop and implement comprehensive plans for B2B events, including conferences, webinars, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions. Additionally, coordinate the all materials and the selection of vendors for these events.
• Actively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Oversee the entire contracting process, including pricing negotiations, preparing quotations and following up on orders.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide sales advice and guidance to clients.
• Prepare reports to document and communicate sales and market conditions.

Requirement:

• Completion of Form 5/HKDSE or higher.
• A minimum of 2 years of business development experience in B2B.
• Substantial experience in the healthcare supplement industry, with an established network of retailers being a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on building a sales career.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills, along with consultative selling abilities.
• Strong capacity to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
